Koopa's Shack, pre-renovation
Located in a wood in deepest darkest Buckinghamshire (even though the county isn't actually that deep or dark), Koopa purchased a 'modest domicile' with the intention of restoring it, and began living there while he underwent renovating it. However, early into construction, a horde of Orphans came and trashed the place, but the building withstood the assault.
